Like the larger F115 and the F150 these engines take advantage of Yamaha's very latest four-stroke technology. They too feature a 16-valve, DOHC (Dual Overhead Camshaft) engine, with its advanced intake and exhaust systems and Yamaha's unique multi-point EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection). The system incorporates a micro-computer that analyses and adjusts the fuel/air mixture to match all running conditions.
